Fall Conference recap: incredible energy, incredible people. Congrats to our ROP Teacher of the Year, Tim Deniz, and to all of yesterday’s award winners. Instructors also led hands-on sessions for their fellow teachers, sharing ideas and building connections across programs. This is what a strong CTE community looks like.

Good Jobs Challenge: Auto Systems Technology with Picoscope kicked off last night! 140+ applicants, 34 selected to begin 6 weeks of training at Clovis West High School. FCSS All Staff Day was a true showcase of ROP talent from start to finish. Criminal Justice students kept parking running smoothly, Culinary students baked and served cookies at the entrance, and our Coalinga Multimedia students produced a Discover FCSS video and co-hosted the entire event alongside ABC 30 anchor and former Coalinga Multimedia student Jessica Harrington. We also celebrated Executive Director Anthony Ayerza, who received the Above and Beyond Award!
