Advisory Committee Night
· Advisory committee meetings are held to review/update curriculum and solicit input from advisors to validate ROP courses.
· The William F. Noli awards are presented to five business partners for outstanding service and dedication to ROP/CTE.

Career Skills Challenge
· Approximately 1,300 high school students participate in the Career Skills Challenge event held on the Fresno City College campus.
· Open to all high school students in grades 9th - 12th within Fresno, Madera, and Mariposa County.

Career Tech Expo
· A one-day event open to all high school students and their parents/guardians.
· Provides insight on various careers and educational opportunities available in the California Central Valley.

Design Build Competition
· In partnership with the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools CTE/ROP Department, Central California Builders Exchange strives to foster career awareness within the construction industry among high school students by providing them with practical experience in the building process and firsthand insights into potential future prospects within the field.
· This competition serves as a platform for acknowledging the inventiveness and accomplishments of students, enabling the construction industry to collaborate, support and mentor students and CTE programs.

Fall Conference
· This event brings together ROP/CTE instructors, administrators, and support staff from the 22 districts we serve for a day of professional development and networking.
· CTE/ROP Classified Employee of the Year and CTE/ROP Teacher of the Year are honored.

New Staff Inservice
· This new inservice is for new teachers, attendance personnel, and ROP District Coordinators.
· This two hour inservice will cover all of the essentials for new ROP staff in the school districts offering ROP courses.

ROP Showdown

Summer Series
· The series focuses on teachers sharing their particular industry skill expertise and instructional strategies.
· Various sites are used to promote sharing and networking of resources.

Tiny House
· Participants experience numerous stages of building a Tiny House, including but not limited to framing, electrical, plumbing, interior, and exterior finish.
· A 5-day interactive hands-on build experience.
